Chairman of the Board – Ludolph C. Brown, M.B.E., O.B.E.
Mr. Ludolph Brown has had a long and illustrious career as a civil servant for the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. His career in that capacity spans almost 40 years, during which time he occupied major positions including Deputy Accountant General and Accountant General.
In addition to these important positions, Mr. Brown also served for a period of 15 years as Alternate Governor to the IMF-World Bank for Antigua and Barbuda, and 22 years as Currency Officer for the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
Mr. Brown has pursued extensive studies in Business Administration and Finance in such places as Barbados, Canada and Guyana. He has also undertaken extensive training as a Currency Officer at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
In recognition of his sterling contribution to Antigua and Barbuda, Mr. Brown was honoured by the award of the M.B.E. by Queen Elizabeth II in 1985, and by the award of the external O.B.E. in 1998.
Mr. Brown was first appointed to the Board of Caribbean Union Bank in 2007.
