Director – Mr. Francis R. Hadeed

Mr. Francis Hadeed was appointed to the first Board of Directors of Caribbean Union Bank in 2005.  He is currently Managing Director of the well-known Hadeed Motors in Antigua.  Mr. Hadeed, has held a number of directorships of important companies in Antigua, including Finance & Development Co. Ltd. in 1994, Antigua Power Company in 1996, Fares Hadeed & Company Ltd. in 1998, and Lifestyle Motors Ltd. since 2003.  He was Chairman of Antigua Power Company Ltd. in 1996.

Mr. Hadeed received his secondary education at Christ the King High School & St. Joseph’s Academy.  He pursued further studies in the United States at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida and at the Business School of the University of Miami.

His sound background in business operations wins him a position in the BOD for CUB.
