Deputy Chairman – Mr. Philip Norman Rolle

Mr. Philip Norman Rolle has been Managing Director of Valley Engineering Sales & Service Limited in Dominica since 1960.  From 1981 to the present, Mr. Rolle has chaired three Boards and has been a Director on seven others.  He chaired the Board of the Windward Islands Packaging Co. Ltd. for three years, the Board of Dominica Co-operative Citrus Growers for six years, and the Board of National Bank of Dominica since 2007.  His Board experience in Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, and Grenada is detailed below:
