Kem Tonge - Operations Manager

Mr. Kem Tonge is a native of Antigua and Barbuda and brings to the Management Team over eighteen years of solid banking experience and knowledge in both domestic and offshore banking.  When a change in the organizational structure of the bank resulted in the position of Operations Manager, Kem was the natural and rational choice.

Throughout his banking career, Mr. Tonge has worked at various levels of the industry, but for the last ten years, he has occupied key senior positions, assuming specific responsibilities for such critical areas as Customer Service, Payments Systems, and Foreign Trade and Operations.

In addition to his enviable stature in the banking industry in Antigua and Barbuda, Mr. Tonge has undergone extensive formal training in many areas of management and banking.  This training has enabled him to accumulate relevant knowledge and skills that are applicable to the performance of his responsibilities.

Besides his extensive experience in banking and finance, Mr. Tonge has a winsome personality that endears him to staff and customers alike.  He is currently pursuing a course of studies leading to an MBA with the University of Leicester, England.
