Thank you for banking with Caribbean Union Bank. 

 

 

 

As we continuously strive to serve you better, we are pleased to announce our new banking relationship with Crown Agents Bank Ltd.  We also wish to inform you that as at January 31, 2017 we will be receiving all incoming international wire transfers through Crown Agents Bank. This means that as of the abovementioned date we will no longer receive incoming wire transfers through Bank of America.

 

Therefore you are kindly asked to immediately begin directing your incoming wire transfers thru Crown Agents Bank using the attached wire coordinates. To avoid any delay in receiving your wires, we urge you to immediately pass on this information to parties with which you have standing wire transfer arrangements. Please take note that requests for outgoing wire transfers will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of your instructions.

 

 Additionally, effective January 31, 2017 Caribbean Union Bank will no longer issue United States dollar bank drafts nor offer 48-hour clearance of cheques and drafts drawn on banks in the United States. As of the above mentioned date, any US or other foreign currency cheque deposited to your account will be cleared on a collection basis. This means the bank will only release funds to you after it receives final payment for the item from the drawer bank.
