Answers

I've never heard about Caribbean Union Bank. Who are you?

We are a local commercial bank headquartered in St. John's, Antigua . We have committed our resources to building a different kind of bank for our customers. We invite you to learn more about us.

How is Caribbean Union Bank different?

Traditional banks in Antigua and Barbuda require customers to physically go to a bank location, stand in long lines, or otherwise spend an inordinate amount of time before receiving service. To this must be added the time and inconvenience associated with poor customer service. A customer could spend as much as 45 minutes or more at a bank just to deposit a $50 cheque. This means that typically, the customer incurs relatively high costs for conducting his/her banking transactions. Caribbean Union Bank (CUB) offers an alternative to the inconvenience of traditional banking. We are committed to offering you an extensive network of delivery channels, and to providing you with options when conducting your banking activities. We also offer relationship-driven customer service that is second to none.

Visit our Friar's Hill branch and you will automatically see what makes us unique.

Is Internet banking safe?

As with all channels, Internet banking is as safe as the efforts both you and your bank take to safeguard your financial information. At Caribbean Union Bank, we place the utmost importance on our customers' privacy and security and follow the most stringent online security standards.
